What help you are seeking here,hope you know that bitcoin transactions are irreversible and if you send the coins to another address you really cannot do anything and if you have sent the coins to the address of onestpay only they can help you in solving your issue,it is better to contact their customer support and raise your grievance and that is the only solution you got here.
And one more thing,this is the first time i am hearing about this site,hope you have done deals with them earlier as there are many scam sites out there to take advantage of new users.
