It told you few days ago that bitcoin is bulletproof!
After all the challenges that affected bitcoin in the last few days, bitcoin still recovers with 9.0% today alone.
People think China's action will destroy bitcoin value, or what Jamie Dimon said by calling bitcoin a fraud will destroy it, guess what?

WE'RE STILL HERE... AND BITCOIN WILL LAST FOREVER!!!

What do you have to say about this, huh? Share your thoughts!

the Chinese government is very disturbing, they make bitcoin investors who want to hold their bitcoin to sell it because of panic over the Chinese government's decision to remove the exchanger in china.

People think .... action will destroy bitcoin value,

for years blank's actions have been affecting bitcoin but they can never "destroy" anything about bitcoin. they may cause some turbulence and worst case scenario a big drop in price, but that will be all the damage they can do. it stops at some point and the trend will eventually reverse and come back on the previous track.

what JP Morgan CEO doesn't understand is that when he called bitcoin "fraud", he in fact called thousands of businesses fraud.

i would love to hear what Valve corporation (a $4 billion company based in Washington, US) has to say about this so-called fraud that they are accepting as payment.
what other thousands are saying Wink

There is a FOMO brewing...

yes, bitcoin will indeed persist, but to be honest, we should want things like this. this regulatory push, while ill timed, is exactly the type of shit that needs to happen in order for bitcoin to be widely adopted by the masses, on a global scale. The thoughts of a Jamie Dimon (wtf is a Jamie Dimon?  Grin LOL) dont really amount to a hill of beans in this space, we have officially "died" a number of times untold. Because of the complete and utter lack of regulation in this space, FUD is fuly permitted, it seems. The latest China debacle should be ample evidence of this Wink

bitcoin may not be "destroyable", but it certainly can be devalued as fuck, for a time Grin

You're using the price to justify your positive view on Bitcoin.  That means that if the price were falling, you would not consider Bitcoin to be "bulletproof" and you would most likely think that it's terrible since you have no reasoning behind your opinion except for the price.

Also, you're trying to claim that Bitcoin will last forever based on the price, so you're incorrectly conflating the security of Bitcoin with the price.

Bitcoin will last for as long as someone in the world wants to use it, but the price is not why it survives and the price is largely propped up by speculation at the moment.

I'm expecting a bear market after this bulltrap.

I already made a thread the second I realized how the FUD was reaching comical levels and everyone dumping their BTC was basically handling their cheap coins to the same people that are FUDding:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2173546.msg21790758#msg21790758

If you panic sold at the bottom... im sorry my man but you fucked up big time. Get in now and stop waiting for the perfect entry point. Buy every dip and hold long term, there's no other way to get rich.

If you want to gamble then look for some good altcoins and pray to saint satoshi that it will pump, but always keep the majority of your portfolio on BTC.

chinas action are very disturbing about the ban  of  ICO and shutiing down of their local exchange. It affect about 40 to 50% of bitcoin and crypto prive this past few weeks that many investors are panicking selling their hold crypto and bitcoins in addition is what JP Morgan CEO say that bitcoin is a fraud which in my opinion is not true. It is like Dimon accusation about Fraud is telling the other businesses is a fraud too and their business is the legit one. I know that after a few days bitcoin will recover and make its price lead again to the top.

by the way as to the quote about "bitcoin will last forever" I dont agree about it if yor basis is the price remember that one characteristic of bitcoin is volatility which the price can be go up and down. Lastly there are many cryptocurrency exist at this moment and there price are also high [not unlike bitcoin] thats why bitcoin are in continue process aof development, enhancement, upgrading and innovation to satisfy its users and investors.

yes. it seems panic sell makes many people are afraid of falling bitcoin prices that continue to happen. but I believe that this is just a cycle and will return to normal. I'm sure bitcoin can go through this situation without China. bitcoin currently has a strong community, so I guess the bitcoin will stay on top.

That's a very good thing to hear, Bitcoi  recovering from what happened recently. We have to admit and accept the fact that China banning ICOs and Bitcoin exchanges is a total loss for our community because it is one of the factors why Bitcoin became this much successful. But seeing Bitcoin slowly climbing up its way back despite of the backdrops, it gives hope that Bitcoin will still be successful. Hoping that positive things will go in favor with Bitcoin.

yeah i see that bitcoin is back to base and still recovering after its great price dropped. hope that soon it'll be back again to its higher price point and will still incease. i think also that china's crisis is not totally related to bitcoin or what ever those news are about. bitcoins price depends on the markets demand and supply, nothing else.

China already ban bitcoin years ago and we have already recovered from it. And this time round, the ban is focus on ICO and not bitcoin, so the impact is not that great on bitcoin. What is more impactful is that china is also banning exchanges. So china exchanges like viabtc, are closing down within the next of this month or the next, and this will restrict china people to access to btc and other crypto currencies. So that pull down the market further more with people cashing out their investment. However, this makes btc an even more attraction to buy more at a cheaper price.

these things are so small to be able to sway bitcoin out of its route to the moon and eventual mass adoption of it. and bitcoin has many enemies. even from within.
many banksters who don't want bitcoin to succeed. many fiat lovers who enjoy the dumps because they short bitcoin stupidly. and lots more.

good news is that they only delay the inevitable. the price will rise in long term and bitcoin will continue to grow and become stronger. you can see even the FUD drops this big are not half as big as old days where a 50% drop in 1 day because of FUD was easy.

Lol. I was a bit surprised by its resilance. Bitcoin honestly behaves in a strange way. Don't be surprised to see price zoom pass 5000 and heading to 6000.  decentralization is Cryptocurrency strength.  Bitcoin doesn't dip too much these days. Indeed It will last forever

It's obvious that bitcoin won't die just because China ban ICO, few Chinese exchange plan to stop operation and opinion from non-bitcoiner. People should know it's act by some group to make bitcoin price and buy cheap coins Roll Eyes

Bitcoin has always proven strong in times of crisis and despite all these it has started recovering and I'm very optimistic it's going to bounce back again within this week and make nonsense of the Chinese ban on ICO's and Dimons unfortunate statement.

China had already ban bitcoin in 2011 and we recovered it. If you see the price its still up as compare to 2011. It will recover soon all we have to do just wait. I heard it will go up early in 2018 or in December it increase its price. There are contradictory news from JPMorgan. Firstly he said bitcoin is scam and then he himself started to buy bitcoins at low price.
