Have you tried this?
What was your first impressions?
What is the safest and/or cheapest way to buy btc with payssafe?

Thank in advance.

PSC can only get canceled not reversed
The pin can be uses outside of your country
I hope soon someone will open a psc to btc services

I have previously tried to use PSC to buy BTC by first converting it to e.g. OKpay and then send those funds to some exchange.

I was using http://www.ukashx.com/ about a year ago and I'm still waiting for that 10€... Sent multiple messages and emails asking about the payment, no response at all. (Hence I'm strongly advising against this particular site)

The problem with these anonymous payment systems is that the only apparent reason (that I see) people using it is to scam others.

Yes is true,ukashx.com is scam
You should check the google before trading
10 euro is not a big amount but is something
Check 3 time before make any deal.

 http://paysafecard-exchange.biz/
http://ukash-wallet.com/index.php?do=ukash

Ahh I know that site. Actually I have already used their service.

But sadly, it is 20 for paysafecard->fiat, and then there are addittional fees for:
fiat-> linden dollars--> btc->and additional fee to withdraw to your personal wallet.
Virwox steals money
The total fees could reach 30% or more!

This is why I'm here. It looks like there is no way to safely buy btc with paysafecard without loosing half of your money is the way. There are a lot of scammers.

Is paysafe region-locked? There are multiple opinions on that.
I can't be sure

The fact is, buying BTC is a pain. Simple as that. Exchanges charge fees on deposit so what I saw in some places is that it is not even worth to buy 100€ worth of coins, only if you want to invest 1000€+. (bye-bye tech-savy students)

Also, the verification process is ridiculous. Why would I need to provide ID, proof of residence etc? If I go to a currency exchange kiosk in my country I tell them I need x amount of $ and that's it. They tell me how much I have to pay, I give the money and bye. I get the problem of money laundering etc., but seriously...

Best option to buy BTC if you want to avoid the hassle is to buy from someone who you know and has some, find someone on localbitcoins or find a Bitcoin ATM. I have an ATM in my country, next time I'm around I'll just go there, give an address, drop the cash and go home. Why would all this need to be more complicated than this?
