Problems logging into Bitcoin7.com - anyone know what's going on?

Hello, Recently I tried out Bitcoin7.com.  I transferred $20 from Dwolla, and purchased 1 BTC at a price of about $15.  I received my 1 BTC (actually 0.99 after exchange fee) as promised.  However, now I find that I am unable to log in to my account.  It doesn't say "invalid password" or anything; it just doesn't respond at all to my login attempt.  I also have not received any emails from them.

Anyone know what's up?  At worst I am only out $5, but I'd like to know what's going on...
