Need Help to Clone NXT

Are there any Tutorials out there how to cone a Nxt Based Coin? I searched the forum but nothing helps me further.
I want to learn more about NXT. I know I have to write a new Genesis Block, but how to do that exactly?

Its more advanced knowledge than Beginners help i suggest asking in altcoin subforum.
Consider if its worth time invested.

ot it to work I will post a guide. Perhaps it will then be a help for anybody else
I know it costs a lot of time but I think time invested in learning could never be that wrong
