The capability of the segwit 2x to increase the speed of the bitcoin block to processing the transaction faster than the segwit. But if there will be another forked just to implement segwit 3x and i can say that was a useless coin to steal the popularity from the bitcoin. But are you referring the bizcoin as altcoin? Or the next forked coin from bitcoin?

the name of 2xsegwit chain is supposed to be bizcoin bitcoin legacy chain is the incumbent it,s the original chain so it will keep the bitcoin name.But if miners and people choose the new chain exchanges could give it the name bitcoin and the original chain would become bitcoin legacy.Then there is bitcoin cash that has a lot of development coming and are following the original roadmap it could also become bitcoin
