For 1 ETH you receive 25000 LET so every contribution of 0.02 ETH will get 500 LET. For each transaction of at least 0.02 ETH, an algorithm creates a random number through block data and as a result checks whether the transaction is a winner one.

Lucky Ethereum ICO gives you the chance to win Ether, there's 1/10 chance to get back your Ether, 1/500 to win 0.5 ETH, 1/1500 to win 1 ETH and 1/5000 to win 4 ETH. In adddiction you have a 1/5 chance to get 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 times the bonus tokens to add at the token issued.

You must be joking, then do not use ICO for testing. This doesn't not looking promising at all. Do you know what level of professionalism you should achieve, when you are running  such projects, or you are gambling with peoples money?
