Virtual cards that you can instantly replace?

Is there any service that allows you to eaily replace a card and get a new card number instantly? I know Neteller allows it but I don't trust them any more.

All the other services that I've seen, you seem to be stuck with the first card in each currency that you ordered. That can be quite inconvenient.
