Try to change your IP adress. It's not too complicated.

I just logged in from livecoin.net and I did not encounter any problem so far, and I tried a different IP address and they sent a verification code to my email and then that was it. Maybe you just need to refresh your router or modem or try to log in also in a different IP and see if you could log in.

open a complaint ticket for your problem, usually the response from the support is very fast not until 3 days for the reply. or wait a few more days, it looks like livecoin is having technical issues.
