Hi there

I have around 5000 $ spare money lying on one of my Swiss bank account. I'd like to see how this money "work".
Therefore I started to learn about cryptocurrencies and I'm now thinking of start buying bitcoin / ethereum and other altcoin...
But after almost researching for two weeks now, I couldn't figure out how to sell bitcoin/altcoin in some years, as well as buying it without paying to much fee.
Furthermore I don't know what tools I need to have when buying (crypto wallet, but where?) or selling cryptocurrencies (swiss bank account = high fees, setting up Euro wallet? or over Mastercard / Visa?).

What I did so far:
I have a blockchain account (>ergo: Bitcoin, Ether Wallet). But if I want to buy bitcoins, blockchain is going to work with an exchange partner named coinify which would charge me around 100$ when I buy 1 bitcoin (current bitcoin value 3900$, if I want to buy it over coinify I have to pay 4000$). Also I can't buy one single bitcoin because the limit is set by 300$. So it sucks. Sry!

I also checked coinbase.com, but there I have a weekly card limit of 500€ (at the moment). And the pricing of the conversion fee is high > 4%.
Also tried coinbase.com's sister site gdax.com, but I do not know how I can cash out there. However it looks promising 'cause they won't charge any maker fee yet.

Finally I have one last beginner question. Can I always sell cryptocurrencies? Don't you need a counterpart who's willing buying my f.e. bitcoin?

I am thankful to any help I get from you guys! The sooner the better...(glimpsing to the raising graph)
Thank you!
