10 year old Youtube account, unhosted adsense account, FS by original owner

I have decided to sell my Youtube Channel and or Adsense account UNHOSTED (It can be used on websites). I've had it for 10 years and was unable to produce much with it after the first few. I will start over new. But yes I am the original owner. I will even leave a couple of the most popular videos there for you. You'll get control of the email associated with it after I change it to a new one that I make. I have never done anything like this so I don't know who does escrow etc, but I'm willing to do that. I need to do this because it is an emergency, and quick cash is more important than a long term potential revenue source at the moment. I am looking to start the bidding at $500. Yeah, its a lot, but it is an old account with a good adsense account that already has 77$ or so in it.
