How long does coinbase take to respond to email?

Sent them about 10 in the last 24hrs, they are holding my $, said it was high risk for .1 btc..  How do I get whitelisted thanks

Good luck. I emailed them a bug in their mobile app 4 weeks ago that prevented me from being able to use them as payment processors for 3 different merchants. Still no response.

Definitely appearing very unprofessional to me.
