this is the real jems account holder my account was hack the day October 8, 2017 here are my proofs.
My btc wallet address stating that this is only my address used.

From what you posted, I see no actual proof this is your account.
Can you link to an unedited post with that BTC address?
You need to read the sticky in Meta on what is accepted as proof of ownership.
