Dear Customers!
Please be advised that due to recent CNBC story, our servers were slammed quite a bit. Our equipment was not ready to process such number of new users simultaneously. We hope you understand that it gave us a jolt and we have been working non-stop since then to resolve all the issues. Update on the current system status: A lot of withdrawals were successfully processed. We are sorry if this is too straightforward, but people just don't tend to post that everything is ok, they tend to vine and then when it's ok, they just leave and never give feedback. New code rolled out to production. Fixed "stuck" of order execution. Fixed "duplicate" addresses given to 73 users. Those users had their address cleared and deposit unset. Please write a ticket with a subject "My crypto address was changed" and deposit TXID to prioritize. (It that is not your case - please do not abuse, we will penalty for that) Fixed ETH and BTC deposits/withdrawals. There is still 143 (down from 1200) pending withdrawals that should be processed manually. Please check your balances, and if you are quite sure that you have any deposit missing - open a new support ticket and be sure to provide TXID of deposit. Tickets which contains no information like "where is my money?" will be silently closed as cannot be handled.
PS: update for the users comments: 12000 deferred withdrawals handled, about 7600 stuck deposits processed (but there can be more which we are unaware of, that’s why stated to open a support ticket) Total users affected by locked orders is 12000, processed 8370, still working on it. Total tickets created was 11000, all closed forcibly.

HI There, I signed up on your site bitsane.com I have only 2 concerns as follow:
1. Were can I find our verification status. There's no way to know if it was accepted, rejected or pending.
2. What is the default withdraw limit on the site for cryptocurrency only, not for fait deposit?

1. You will receive a notification to your inbox once your documents are accepted or refused. 2. There is no limit for cryptocurrency withdrawal.

Hi bitsane, 08.01.2018 date,I sent the 11.62 TIME my anybits account on. I received the information that the sending from the sending place was successful but it does not appear in my account here. worst of all, AnyBits and Bitsane never responded to what I wrote. anybits do not answer at all. interesting

Hi Bitsane,
on 2018-01-11 I withdrawaled 1.29 ETH where the transaction failed. The support ticket hadn't been replied since now! TxHash is 0x1d8abe11659cab3cb51f5901e9054aff94462f3cbb25b1b2216ae878aa129a96.
The transaction failed because of low gas limit of 21000. I don't understand why the transaction had been created with such a low gas limit. Earlier the day I made a similar withdrawal, where the gas limit had been 33705 - TxHash 0xc295326a894ee2a399fb5c3d12e78b5ab6ebb16237144069b982ab08dcdcf140.
Please get someone on this issue and either start responding to opened tickets or create at least a status page where you inform users about platform status.
