Bitcoin Cash exchange to Bitcoin and Ethereum in Blockchain.info is using ShapeShift.io service. Try it, you will see that you need to agree to ShapeShift.io terms and condition before confirming the exchange order. When you look at your BCH spending history, you'll see "Deposited to ShapeShift" if you've made an exchange to BTC/ETH.
