The PoC Consortium stated multiple times that their goal was to provide easy and stable ways to use Burst as a currency and bring it closer to the real economy. I am proud to announce that they are one step closer to that with today's official release of the attractive, easy-to-use Burst Android Wallet designed for everyone. You can now easily send and receive Burst without having to use your computer! Here is a list of features:
Choose your own wallet server.
No registration required.
Passphrases are encrypted and decrypted locally via user-generated PIN.
Send and receive BURST via QR code using your phone’s camera.
BTC and USD equivalents noted.
Ability to save multiple created or imported accounts.
Ability to create “offline” accounts to monitor wallet activity.
The app is now officially out of beta, but expect more exciting features to be added along the way.
