What has been your experience with Baikal?

My most recent experience trying to initiate a purchase of the Baikal Giant-B was horrendous. On December 14th they announce the new miner via Twitter. I contact them via email and they respond back saying:

"We just have basic algorithm specification of Baikal Giant-B. more detailed info about sale please wait for our next announcement. Kindly note order is unavailable now."

So I give them a few more days and keep checking their website if it is available to order. The status never changes from "Oncoming". I monitor their twitter account and they dont post anything related to ordering or availability. Then I see a tweet from someone else with a response message from Baikal with instructions how to order and the price. I once again contact baikal via email to ask if that information was correct and how can I place an order. They respond back saying it is Sold Out. Seriously! Are these guys prescreening their customers?
