Timeframe -- Account recovery

Assuming you had all required proof that the account was yours, how long did it take you to recover it? Not sure if being ignored is just a permanent situation, or whether there is still hope.

Unfortunately there seems to be a spate of reported hacked accounts recently. Even in the quieter times, it can take weeks or months for the staff to get around to your request. It might even happen tomorrow if you have provided a signed message. There is no define or expected timeline, good luck with your wait.

i don't understand why the staff don't recover the oldest request instead of the new ones...

surely they have them reason, but let us know
