wallet sync from another coin seeds :/

hello

our coin have a problem and we need somone who fix the problem , we forgot to change the port of the coin after forked from litecoin , now the wallet looks like not sync and he connect to litecoins seeds , transactions and mining going normal but the problem in the sync , can we change the ports even we release the coin 4 days ago , if there are an another solution please help
