Problem with Account?

I stopped receiving notifications for the threads I had notifications turned on. When I try to click "notify" on any new threads, the page simply refreshes then does not show that I will be notified.

I also signed up for a signature campaign and got denied because of a "Beaten BTT link". I have no idea what that means.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
