So I have quite a few greendot moneypaks that I've taken in over the past couple months that I would like to unload anonymously (into BTC). I've noticed that you can create a Paypal account without providing any information and transfer up to $500 a month, and given that Paypal accepts MP I was just going to do that. However, I'm not sure how I would go about purchasing BTC with paypal. Essentially, I need a reliable way of anonymously converting moneypaks to BTC. Any advice would be awesome, Thanks.
One more thing, If I'm going to be using Paypal I need to be able to access it with my VPN, the thing is I've read that Paypal will limit your account if it detects that you're using a VPN. Is this just to the $500 it's already limited to? because if so I don't really care, I just don't want to get a whole bunch of money frozen in an account that I cant verify.

Just reload your greendot card with it and then you can buy at BTCquick.

that's not anonymous though, a greendot card has to be registered with ssn. theoretically the code on the MP could be traced to the greendot card revealing my identity

Blockchain.info allows you to transfer btc to moneypacks from their site and then you can load a PayPal account with the moneypak (if it is a US based and confirmed PayPal account). This was always my plan from transferring from btc to cash. Does this no longer work?

Thanks.
