Hi,

I am selling brand new fresh UK Paypal accounts for $40 each

They are verified with a Virtual Credit Card
There is no bank account attached so you can add your own
The sim used to create the account can be posted to your address for a small fee (depending where you live)
You also get the Gmail account used to create the account

I can also add an Ebay account with phone verification done and linked to the Paypal for an extra $25

The Ebay account will be able to sell 10 items or £650 worth as standard

These are fresh none hacked accounts accounts that will be yours to use for life.

I will also throw in a Paypal/Ebay stealth guide with each purchase, to avoid you linking multiple accounts and such.

Payments can be Skrill, Neteller or Bitcoin

We can also use Bitify: https://bitify.com/auctions/download-misc/new-uk-paypal-account-835716/

Escrow can be used

Thanks

This is the kind of offer which nurtures and sustains scams. On the one hand, you have the seller selling something which obviously someone will buy not so he can send money to his grandma but for something far more sinister..

Then you have the buyer who (I'm sure) wants this account to receive money for bitcoins (or for craigslist frauds), fully aware of the reversibility risk and probably even exploiting that risk.

Trading these accounts might not be illegal but then again you have the fraud factor here. The account will almost always be used for fraudulent purposes.

Posts like this should be tagged with the brightest red possible.

Theres plenty of reasons people buy paypal accounts. Paypal limits accounts if people have to many charge backs. They limit accounts for too much volume. They limit accounts for all sorts of things. Lots of people dont know how to creat fresh paypal accounts. You need VCCS, Clean Ip addresses and some knowledge.

Theres an entire forum built for this kind for stuff called aspkin.com. Regarding fraud, thats paypals issue and they have there own system in place. I couldnt care less what people choose to do with the accounts. I will say its far more difficult than you imagine though. Many legitiamte paypal users get banned. Hence the need for people selling paypal accounts.

Thank you for the input STEPHEN HAWKING. However you will notice i offer escrow on both the forum and on bitify. Also for your information you can buy and sell accounts on here. So i could quite easily buy a BTCtalk account with 1000 posts. It wouldnt make me anymore trusted. Its not too difficult to figure out if someone knows what they are talking about. I have been doing Ebay/Paypal stealth for years. Not sure why i attracted all the geniuses on this thread but oh well  Huh Grin
