best referral program?

Hello,

I make around 50 daily referrals and I send them to Coinbase, Binance, Hitbtc and Changelly.

In Coinbase ratio of success registrations is very low, but I've a few ones.

In Hitbtc I don't send much traffic.

In Changelly I made registrations and 0$ generated.

In Binance I made lot of registrations and users are paying and it works, but commission is very low and I only get 50%.

Resume: referral earnings are very very bad, also some of them never answer emails with questions or requesting help.

I've the option to use market.com, plus500, etoro, IQ option, etc.. they're CDF and I don't like this option for my website users, but I'll generate lot of money with them.

Then... I'm in a dilemma: earn money with CDF or take care of users and send them to the real cryptocurrency?

Also, do you know any referral program who can generate real money for a website, selling real cryptocurrency?
