If Taiwan follows this route, in future Taiwan can be the ICO hub for South East Asia apart from Japan.

Its official, Taiwan is now following the foot step of Japan by Encouraging cryptocurrencies.
Saw this on the news; as stated byJason Hsu, a congressman from Taiwan’s

"Just because China and South Korea are banning, doesn’t mean that Taiwan should follow suit – there is a huge opportunity for growth in the future. We should emulate Japan, where they treat cryptocurrency as a highly regulated, highly monitored industry like securities."

Guys, What's your opinion on this?
Will this changes really boost the economy of Taiwan as they have stated?
I also do not really understand how the future of Taiwan's country in the future but after this news came I am very happy because there is still a great opportunity for us in finding jobs in this forum. I can only hope that countries that do not forbid ico will be more advanced again in economy and society also live comfortably and prosperous.

Banning ICOs outrightly without first understudying what its all about and identifying the good and the bad by doing their own independent analysis of the subject matter will only send one message and that is they are mere stooges of China. This is not to say they won't still ban ICO as that is what anybody should be prepared for but my thinking is that they would prefer to regulate by putting necessary conditions in place and if all that didn't work, they can consider the option of banning.
