How can I buy NEO, Ripple, and other Altcoin with Ethereum (not Bitcoin)?

I looked at Binance and they want Bitcoin..

Is there any exchange with reasonable fees who will take my Ethereum for some odd Altcoin?

Lots exchanges have ether-altcoin pair so look for such exchanges.

are you sure you have used binance correctly? everyone knows that in binance available 4 pair (bnb, btc, eth and usdt). so you can buy other alt available in binance using ethereum.

Why don't you buy bitcoin and then exchange them for the currency? easy

As i have used binance several times to trade my coins, i am pretty sure they can accept ethereum deposits from external wallet and then you can convert to any coin inside their platform.If you think the option has been moved, just crate an exchange request from changelly.com.
Get deposit address of the coin you want to buy from binance, copy and paste same address on changelly,  you will receive coins in exchange of bitcoins in minutes

I'm set up now, it was pretty easy.  Yes they take Etherium.. Maybe in the early days they didn't which is probably where that perception came from.
