Its a scam. The real ICO is supposed to start in March.

I just checked the "Contribution" addresses. Their BTC address seems to be a brand new one with no transactions, but their ETH address has quite a number of transactions since Nov 16 2017.

"Sold: 589,832,857 GRAM" indeed.

No way man. That's not the real one, many people are trying to ride Telegram ICO hype to steal money. That's the case. When Telegram ICO will open you'll read it anywhere.
