Bug found in nxt code, would like to post in nxt topic

Hi all. I've been monitoring these forums for a while now but never made an account yet.

I've been following the nxt coin topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=345619.0), and having played around with this coin a lot in the last few days I've stumbled across a bug.

I'd like to post a bug report in here. So - here's my first newbie post which hopefully starts the 4 hour timer!
