I ordered several of these cards at the same time. All behave the same except one. While the rest are at 1.17v under load, this one is at 1.11 and it runs 3-4c hotter. That aside hash rate and everything else is the same (2.1 PCB). Is this oddball defective or possibly running a different firmware? Thanks.

I bought few of them recently.
two of eight were running on a different bios, so different voltages and behaviour. (out of the box)

It depends on asics quality, the higher quality the lower stock voltage. For my 7950 sapphire ref boards I've received 2 version so far, sub 65% has 1.1V and 65%+ comes with 1.038V. Supposedly there is yet another tier above 80% but none of my 16 cards it that high.
