Are there any reputable rig sellers out there... mom and pop style that can have a faster turn time than BFL? Looking to have someone build either one or a few that range from $2500-10,000 USD.

There are assemblers that will turn open source PCB designs and your asic chip from avalon and turn it into a complete miner. Check out the Custom Hardware sub forum.
