It would be wiser to go for promising tokens than the one offering the larger bonus. Pre sale ICO is just an ICO with larger bonuses. A advertising strategy.

coinschedule seems to be the best place for you to find the more information about the upcoming pre sale, as you can see about the fact that there is a lot of project that already listed on there, and that was a reliable source to find the best project as far as i know.

Actually just looked at it today, before seeing your post. It looks quite interesting, but also with a big challenge to come into that ''bank'' market.
