There are a lot of ICOs, platforms and the related communities divided by interests and preferences. You need to be more specific to ask for any suggestions as the number of ICOs is always increasing.

What about social project but you can try to get another project in the announcement thread, But i don't even hear about the decentralized communities, and what do you mean about that? Please give the more spesifical clue about that.

Most of the up and coming projects are all decentralised ones based on their own platform. Be careful while choosing between projects as some of them calling themselves decentralised are actually centralised. Look around in the altcoin announcements section, it might satisfy your seemingly insatiable hunger.

This is suppose to be the decentralised social platform on blockchain but this has been going on for sometime, I think the developer need time to dot every i's and cross every t's
