Have you tried contacting DHL with the details for the order did you b mistake put wrong shipping details in somewhere or someone else accessed your account and changed the details around. provide them with the weigh bill number if you got one. If their sending you, you should also get a call off them 1 to 2 days before they are shipping to confirm you personal details with you and also confirm payment for import tax and at this point they can make any corrections to the shipping however they will require proof of order proof of address etc.
