There are many Real Estate projects currently being developed for use around the world. We are not trying to re-invent the wheel, but we do want to be the first to be accepted in cities and municipalities globally.

We are not doing an ICO or private sale, but going straight to the public via exchanges and letting the users determine the real world use and value of the token. There will be no company or corporation behind the coin. It will be community driven and maintained by the developers, advisors, and the public via the Github and Bitcointalk developer community. This will make it a true spendable currency like Bitcoin or even Dogecoin, which has no owners but driven by real world usage. Our CityCashCoin ERC20 based tokens can be freely traded using Ethereum mobile wallet applications like Trust or Jaxx, and a plethora of other mobile wallets.

With the relationships that we have in place, we aim to have genuine real estate transactions conducted with our coin once we can establish token value. Traditional real estate transactions are purchased via SWIFT transactions from a bank wire or cashiers check, cash, etc. We have almost instantaneous funding and settlements. We are enabling users to purchase city or municipality owned properties and in some cases, at a discounted price by using our token. Property taxes, permits, business licenses, and any other fees collected by these cities and municipalities will also be able to paid using our token, and also possibly at a discounted price, on a city to city basis.

haha we are actually working on the website now with some website developers. Sorry it is not the best right now but it is in the works and should be ready soon. We have milestones to hit and wanted to get community feedback as soon as possible so we can work out whatever we need done.

Our developer team is not very big but we have advisors working with our team to strengthen our team. I was hoping to find some good talent on here that could help us get to the next level. This will be a community driven project and the best talent in the world are the communities developing on here and github. We dont have the big budgets like some of these ICO's have but we have a great product that we are trying to bring to the market. It will have real world use and has potential to be a hot commodity if we can achieve our vision for this project. Once we have more developers and advisors confirmed on board, we will add them to our website and whitepaper.

No we do not. We are bypassing any ICO or private sale campaign and want to go directly to the exchanges to avoid all of the restrictions and red tape regarding ICOs and crowdfunding.
