how soon did you start mining after first hearing about bitcoin?

I don't remember when I first heard about it...must've been 2010 or so.  I never really read up on it, and now I'm kicking myself for it.  Only started mining about 2 months ago.

Heard about the new bitcoin currency last year but didn't really take it serious until earlier this year. Mining when the BFL product ships, which might be when I'm gray.

late 2010 = cpu mining solo for 50 a pop
