Adult Genetic Editing, Inc.
is offering a token for sale to support expansion of our lab and formation of a community on EOS that will govern the actions of AGE and will own EOS staked tokens with voting rights aimed at furthering genetic research.
This project is disruptive to both the US FDA and existing genetic sequencing service (who sell more important data than who your friends are) - View the video on out "About US" page for more information.
https://adultgeneticediting.com
Links to Telegram, Steemit, GitHub, LinkedIn and others are on our site.
Tokens went on sale today (25 April 2018), will have a pre-sale bonus of 25% for the next 5 days, and will run though July 30 2018.

Thank you for Your Kind attention,
Greg Simpson

IMO while I can see multiple real-world applications for using Blockchain tech for that purpose, the field is still too young for disrupting. It still needs to mature a lot.

There are also similar ICO Shivom they do very strong communication, your project must not do strong communication so few people know the information. How much hardcap is this project?

While your point is a good one (and well taken).
US FDA Regulations allow you to receive genetic reports on exactly 10 genetic variants that cause disease.
The NCBI Database lists over 49,000 genetic variants as pathogenic to humans. (this is all detailed and documented in my 17 minute video on the "About Us" page of the website )
Current business models within "genetic sequencing services" subsidies their bottom line by selling genetic information to anyone buying; bio-weapons manufacturers included.
Our model uses blockchain and cryptography to secure your genetic data against nefarious uses, allows for FULL disclosure on what genetic variants is in your DNA (Since the reports  are blockchain based - no one can be arrested for failing to comply with regulations).

While I fully agree - nothing has been disrupted yet - It is certainly my purpose to do some disrupting.
Thank you for your comment,
Greg

I'm somewhat familiar with Shivom and there are important differences in our projects. I've gone to great lengths to explain these details on the site - if your'e curious, I'd encourage you to at least watch the about us video.

The soft cap is 7.5 million tokens @ aprox $0.40 per token. The Contract will refund ETH should we fail to raise the soft-cap.
The hard cap will be set by the market & time-frame of the sale.
However, the forming EOS community of "token redeemers"  will control:
~15% of the proceeds of the sale as a permanent EOS stake (for storage and report processing)
~75% of the proceeds for sequencing materials and AGE payroll.

In essence, we become a vendor to the community. If AGE does a poor job of serving the community - they are free to vote us out and source a new sequencing service.
The code we use will be open sourced before we add genetic information to it.

I understand I'm not getting the word out very well - I and my team are focusing on this 100% now.

Thank you for your comment,
Greg
