Kraken withdrawal problems

Hi,

I am having problems with withdrawing bitcoins to my ledger wallet.
 When kraken is sending me their confirmation email then it is always invalid or if they do not send my any email, they are asking me to duplicate my withdrawal information which is not possible either. I have the impression they are doing that on purpose.

 Anybodyelse out there hving the same problem?


 This is very annoying as I would like to secure my bticoins in my ledger wallet before the bitcoin gold fork on the 25. Oct 2017.

Kraken is a well established and trusted trading platform (not worth much in the Bitcoin world though). I doubt they are doing this on purpose.
Contact their support or double check the procedure to make sure you aren't missing something on your side.

Just wanted to check if your issue has been resolved? I withdrew my BTC from them to my ledger nano S without any problem along the way. It would be best for you to contact their support team if this issue is still present on your side. Their support team should be okay now as they already hired few people to increase their capacity. If I'm not mistaken, they are also active in reddit and Twitter so it should be worthwhile to reach them there.
