[TESTNET BITCOIN: BT3] Bounty: 10,000 BT3 for Satoshi Dice Clone

I'm restarting the Terrawallet for Testnet Bitcoins and I have a feature in the wallet the allows for autoplaying Satoshi Dice. But since there is no Satoshi Dice for BT3 yet, I want to make a bounty for it!

So, 10,000 BT3 for A Satoshi Dice Clone. Needs only to work like Satoshi Dice and allow payouts to other addresses then the address that sends a-la sendmany transaction. So that the wallet can allow users to receive their winnings in a shared wallet system.

(BT3 means Bitcoin Testnet version 3)
