I am looking to add 2-3 cards of the RX 470 Mining Edition to one new rig I am building. I was browsing at ebay and come out at the picture below, the seller had only 9 buys and 0 sells although 100% positive in feedback. Can 45 watt bring you 30.5 Mhash as if this is for real I am buying right away one card today ?

No, I haven't seen anything like this before, seems like scammy to me. a stock RX570 has at least 75w at the wall in idle mode, so basically I will not bite that information.

Probably not 45watts at the wall. You can always return them if they dont match the description through ebay.

45 watts sounds scammy. I've bought and sold more than 20+ RX 470s and have tried 4GB 8GB Hynix Micro Elpida Samsung Sapphire XFX MSI PowerColor RedDevil RedDragon, basically all the possible configurations. None of those cards gave me anything lower than 70 watts. And that is with extreme BIOS modding and overclocking already. He still claims to get 28-30MH? Highly doubt it.

45W of consumption? doesn't consume a 460 or 450, I don't think that's true.

Its most likely 45Watts in GPU-Z. Which is not the true wall wattage.

There is another 50 Watts you need to add to that figure.

Well I just bought a WattMeter from one of the biggest Electric Companies in Europe, ABB and it is working great. I tested my actual two home PC, the one with 3xGTX 1060 3GB was consuming just as the hashrate of Nicehash told me, at 70% power limit they were consuming 255 watt about 85 watt each and 45 watt the board, a total of only 300 watt in the wall.

My back up PC with only a GTX 1050 ti and the board only 100 watt so 65 watt the card and 35 watt the board.

Benchmark only when Nicehash was running and nothing else, I know the processors I have consume 51 and 65 watt each but as I said only Nicehash and the GPU-s running.

I have refrained myself from buying from the guy offering 45 watt but bought a RX 470 normal 8GB and will see results when the cards comes after 3-4 weeks here (Italian customs, one of the worst in all world together with Brazil).
