I work for a defense contractor and am well versed in export compliance.  You cannot ship tissues to Iran to wipe your tears without end user compliance paperwork, please educate yourself.  Your other post are looking for goods from other countries due to this, please don't play dumb.

Pm sent.

That guy whined and yelled at me in PMs because I told him I refuse to send to UAE. Just ignore him.

Shaun,

I don't care if you sell your goods to me but selling items to Iran from the USA is a slippery slope...I would do your research around end user compliance and export compliance.

I will purchase the entire lot except the gpu's, send me your price. Sell the rest on ebay.

WTF? You mean selling  a couple of gpus may violate exports law? Who are you to say this? I have received a lot of packages including gpus, mbs, and a lot of more sophisticated devices from US with zero issue. Just STFU and mind your business when you don't have a clue.

avoid selling to terrorists.

So, you work for a defense contractor and thus you know about export law!  Grin

Are you crazy? Since when Pentagon is in export business and has outsourced it to your boss?

Why don't you just shut your mouth when you know nothing?

I want goods from EU because of shipping costs not your  misinterpretation of export regulations.

I'm a citizen of Iran, with no prohibitions for receiving postal packages from my family, friends and business partners in the USA.

Iran sanctions are applicable to some institutions and individuals in Iran which have been explicitly specified by name in the related laws and regulations, there is no single sanction against the people because of their Iranian citizenship per se.

See? You know nothing and just have come here and like an opportunist use every trick to get what you want.

Actually when someone IS a contractor for, or an employee of the US Government, you are under much more scrutiny on doing things by the book than the average CLUELESS citizen. Yes someone who does NOT know could send you computer equipment, but they are NOT supposed to. Get that through your head and move on. Nobody wants to do business with you. No need to explain why as everyone knows....

Either way, glad it's sold and not to ashraffluff..

You rude racist come here and speak on behalf of the community saying 'no one wants to trade with' me? On what basis do you make such a false claim?  This community is focused on decentralization and by no means can be accused of being polluted by discriminative ideas against this or that nation.

I just don't believe even a dick head racist like you have been around so long in such a forum and have not learned anything about the main purpose behind the revolutionary idea of a decentralized monetary system. Bitcointalk should be ashamed of having such a 'legendary' member. Please just stfu because there are educated and intelligent people  who are the true legendary members of this forum and such a cheap, worthless behavior causes nothing less than embarrassment for them.

Actually I'm  feeling regret being a senior member of bitcointalk, already. It is truly a shame, a ruthless racist like you, is not only a member here, guess what? He is 'legendary' Angry

Goods arrived safe and sound.  Seller demonstrated the gold standard of how to do business per our forum policies.  All goods we're packaged very well, shipment was insured and a signature confirmation was required.  All goods we're in better condition than expected/advertised.  Overall one of the best transactions I've had lately.

I am not racist, I don't hate you our your country, I simply obey laws that put my business, my family, and myself in jeopardy.  Any normal person should understand that.

Please educate yourselves...

https://www.bis.doc.gov/index.php/policy-guidance/country-guidance/sanctioned-destinations/iran

What can you not do with Iran?

As a U.S. person, unless you have a specific license from OFAC, you cannot, among other things:

Sell most goods to Iran from the U.S. or from any third country jurisdiction, like Germany or Dubai;

Facilitate trade with Iran, such as arrange for a shipment of Chinese goods from China to Iran, provide credit to enable such a transaction, work for a Korean company on most deals related to Iran, or work in a Dubai company on reexport transactions with Iran;

Invest in Iran, such as building an apartment building, opening a factory, running a factory, etc. (bear in mind one Iranian American was fined $30,000 in late 2010 for a “non-egregious” investment in a family catering business);
Run a business in Iran such as a bookstore, or an engineering firm;

Work in Iran or for Iranian companies, whether you are sitting in your house in the United States and working remotely for a company in Iran, or whether you move to Iran and work for a company there, or even work for an Iranian company in London, Istanbul, or Dubai;

Deposit and maintain money in banks in Iran, even in non-sanctioned private banks; and
Import most goods from Iran, even through a third country like Australia or India.

Any questions?
