what INC can run a ICO for your project?

hello everyone. I saw a website( https://settlemint.com/) that claims can run your ICO for you.
1. is this thing necessary?  i thought platforms like ethereum etc... provide everything you need?
2. what other options exist?

Their website doesn't seem to provide a concrete detail of what services they provide. But i don't think they run an ICO for you as what you're saying, that wouldn't really make any sense. I think they help you run an ICO but they don't run it for you. They're like a business and marketing team for hire, more or less.

okay, you mean they use other platforms to do their job, but what they do then?
