MONACO. Monaco is the best ICO to me because it increases significantly over the last 2 week and everything seems extremely awesome to me. And the project is legit. The team has just updated the new software on android phone. Right now, they are developing the card which allows customers to use cryptocurrency in credit card. This is totally cool
