I've setup P2Pool for CNC Coin from

The P2Pool server is running fine as far as I can tell, its even connected to other peer nodes, however when I connect miners (cgminer) I always get very low difficulties (e.g. 1 to 4 in cgminer) and the web stats page of my P2Pool keeps showing 0 shares, e.g. the below is the output after running 200Kh/s against it for some time:

Am I missing something in the P2Pool setup? I've tried passing difficulty by adding +0.00011641 to the CNC Address in cgminer, that seems to force difficulty however still Im not getting any shares accounted for on the P2Pool server.
When I connected my miner to blastbob's P2Pools from the above thread I seem to get difficulties like 2K or 4K (varies) and it seems to get some shares.
