Bitcoin Gold fork height announced.

Hello everyone.

So we all know that there's an upcoming hard fork for bitcoin called bitcoin gold.
Their lead developer who is from china who goes by the name "h4x3rotab" posted this on their twitter.

So basically he said that the fork will be on that specific block so what does he mean by saying that the launch on BTG main net is after Nov 1

Plus he just said that there will be premine which is ~meh~ I'm dumping once I get them.
