I think this is very easy and very safe because I can exchange the BTC I have become USD if I am in need of money without having to enter through the next trading feature I can transfer the USD I have to the account number I have. of course this makes it very easy for me if I'm wanting to buy something I need offline.

In my opinion, local trading sites only provide some altcoins only, the type of altcoin there is not much like a global trading site. In terms of security it is definitely tested because local trading sites prioritize existing security systems. There is no harm in trying to trade on global sites that have been trusted and proven to be able to exchange more altcoin with other types of course can further increase your insight to try trading in altcoin types that are not on your local site.

I think he wants to do trading for daily profit purposes not for the easy way and sell rate on the local wallet is very low compared to the exchanges i would rather to sel my btc on tradinh sites and withdraw to my local wallet.

I am looking for some advice on what are good trading sites for buying and selling cryptos including BTC.  Specifically I'd like to use some of my BTC to buy other cryptos.

There are many exchangers in this industry, now it depend on you in which of them you to trade in, So those Platform that I can recommend to you are Poloniex, Bittrex, Livecoin, Hitbtc, Yobit.net, Liqui, but most often I used was Bittrex every time I do some trade in the exchange site.

Sorry I have to disagree with you at some point.
Most of the sites you have mentioned should be avoided like plague and those are the few last ones you mentioned. There is nothing good about them, let alone best and what most of them are good for is just to be able to get your tokens out in case your have some ERC20 tokens you need to exchange.

Except that, for regular trading, either you use bittrex which remains the number 1 on the list or stick to poloniex and accept their shit support as it is.

There are so many sites out there for catering the needs and providing customer services. Few are frauds, some are not that much satisfactory for use, and few are so amazing. Bittrex comes in the last category. I haven’t seen such a nice, developed, up-to date exchange with so many features on it that you don’t have to go anywhere else for finding anything. It is great, really.
