Can i use a Bitcoin Asic mining hardware with 1TH to mine ethereum classic or other alt coins? Or can i just mine bitcoin with bitcoin hardware?

No. ASIC's are specialized mining hardware. BTC Asic can only mine SHA-256 algorithm coins. ETH/ETC  is a Ethash algorithm coin that can only be mined with GPU or CPU.

It it better to mine ETC with GPU especially AMD RX 570,580. Dont use ASIC for ETHASH Algorithm.
