LiteCoin Transaction ?!?

Hello,
i sended about 22 hours ago some Litecoin on my Wallet.As i see,there is still no confirmation(0/6) and i would like to know whether its normal process or is something wrong ? I would like to know also there is a way to increase Tx fee manually because the Fee(0.000456) quite low and i guess miners dont care to confirm : )

ps:0.000456 is Basic Fee on website and can not changeable..
