Hey,
Is there any tool or website available that shows the inflation of cryptocurrencies?

For example, if 5ETH are created every 12s. The function for ethers in circulation is f(x) = 5x/12
In bitcoin, I know it's something about "log"

https://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency

Coinwarz shows the block time and block reward, if that's what you are looking for. It does not show the schedule of halvings or other changes in the block reward so far as I know.
