Wallet backup help

Hello guyz
Is only .wad file enough for retrieving your wallet?
If now what else i need to save while backing up my wallet?

In order to back up your wallet the wallet.dat file should be ok, but make sure to have your private key of your wallet and store it in a safe place. Some wallets do not have the private key because they are on the wallet.dat file. These are the two main ways to back up your wallet and also remember to do it as soon as possible and everytime you make changes on it, make sure to back up again. We have had to many scam attempts lately with the fork incoming.

What altcoin wallet is it? Usually, a lot of alt coins use a bitcore clone. Backup the wallet.dat file and to get the private keys, there is a specific command to dump the private keys. Depending on the software, type in the command box dumpkey.

If someone use My ETH wallet you should must save Privet Key For MEW ac privet key is a very important to save wallet. If someone use blockchain account they should save code and 2fa code.

Normally everything include your balance will be storage in .dat file.
When you install a desktop version wallet it will let's you backup your .dat file.
Otherwise on mobile and other you have phrase words or private key as well

You want to save the wallet.dat file.  Just to go "File" then click on "Backup Wallet"  and save that file.  I would rename it to something else if you're backing up multiple wallets.  Also back it up on multiple devices like memory sticks and keep them in different locations.

Thank you. So according to you I just need to save wallet.dat file and rename it e.g. "ethereumcash" and save backups multiple times.
Alrighty I just did that. So no other folder or files needed to save.
