So long story short, I've been struggling with them In the past 13 days contacting their support to re-enable my account,
While their replied didn't give me any explanation when or what's the Issue with my account.

Keep us updated. You aren't alone. The only thing Bittrex has said is that only 0.1% of accounts are affected. I am very skeptical of that claim given the plethora of complaints about account locking that we are seeing over the past two weeks. I suspect they are including empty/inactive accounts in that assessment, and that many more people are actually affected.

I wish they would at least give us some explanation. We can only piece together some of the common links. From my observation, it seems like country of residence may have to do with it. It doesn't seem like anyone from the US or UK is having their account locked, for example.

Don't keep coins on this exchange. That way, you won't go through sleepless nights worrying about the fate of your coins. They can take their sweet time verifying your account... as long as everybody here collectively keeps a zero balance on Bittrex, it's the exchange which will suffer from lack of trade activity and liquidity.

It's all of you who encourage them to operate with impunity. They have your coins and they sit back and verify 1 account every 12 hours, while sipping on cappuccino and checking their Facebook feeds every now and then.

Keep your coins on an offline account.

Thanks for the replies, However I understand the rule of not leaving coins on exchanger.
I'm a daily trader and It's not easy for me to transfer back and forth everytime and not to mention some coins have a shady wallets.
Will keep you updated..

Your not the only one. They did respond to me regarding to upgrading the enhanced verification account, but failed to respond to me regarding the disabled account. Definitely fishy.

13 days? I had mine verified in two days. Is your account new, and do you have multiple accounts with them? Because if you do, it would really help you a lot if you lay everything straight and tell them about your other accounts.

It may not be easy to move coins to/from wallets but it's definitely safer and worth the effort and time. The kind of dilemma you are facing at the moment is the situation which can happen anytime which is why I suggested storing coins in an offline wallet and only migrating them to an exchange when you need to trade.

So now bitcoin's value is soaring again and you can't use that platform. Your coins are locked and you can't make any gainful trades while they take their sweet time verifying your account and responding to the many unanswered tickets.

I don't think IP is a problem. I and my mates use the same IP in one building, and everything is OK.
Are you(your passport) in China or somewhere strict control the transaction ?

Yes, Syria but I'm verified and they didn't have a problem with my nationality before,
They should've at least let me take my assets out rather than disabling my account without a further notice.
