Thanks for sharing this! I actually got a hold of the book through a friend. Here's what I think of the book:

PROS: very short, concise discussions on the topics listed above, so it will give you all the information you need in no time at all! (ebook is about 68 pages) Author writes in a very clear manner; no jargons or confusing sentences whatsoever.

CONS: a bit outdated, as some of the websites and services listed are no longer in existence (e.g. Mt.Gox, BitInstant, etc.) (Or maybe what I was given is an earlier of the book, not the 2017 (updated, I presume) version listed above.)

Would still be a worthy read and buy for anyone new to Bitcoin! I learned a lot from the 3-4 or so hours I spent reading the book from cover to cover.
